Olfatto: Inizialmente terroso, poi fiori d’arancio, lamponi, gelatina di mele cotogne. Caramello e frutta morbida stufata.

Palato: Ancora frutti rossi al palato con ciliegie scure, ribes rosso e poi amarene, il tutto con un fondo terroso e di crema.

Finale: Secco e terroso che sfuma in lamponi e crema.
